We do not offer purchasing online. To place an order, call (573) 881-2436 and you will receive the same personalized service our customers have enjoyed for over 30 years. Why can't I see the product pages?
Midwest Supply sells only to businesses. To access the product pages which include pricing, you need an access code from us. Simply call (573) 881-2436 or click here and fill out the form. Once your business has been verified we will provide you with an access code. Do you have a print catalog available?
To continue passing on the lowest prices possible to our customers, we have our products available for viewing online. And, if your shop is in Ken's route area, call (573) 881-2436 to discuss having him call on you, or to schedule an appointment to come to the warehouse. We do not have print catalogs available. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and AMEX. We also accept PayPal payments. How much is shipping?
We charge the actual shipping charges based on size and weight. We ship via USPS, FedEx Ground, or UPS. We do not charge any handling fees. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship out your order within 3 business days. After that, standard shipping times based on the carrier determine shipping time. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. How can I get photos from my flower shop into the Gallery?
Simply contact Ken at (573) 881-2436. We will post pictures and give credit to the flower shop for photos of arrangements that include our items. From time to time shops that have submitted photos will be featured on the home page. We are happy to support our customers and provide an opportunity to show off your creations. Gallery pages are not password protected and can be seen by the public. |
